Frank Breve, PharmD, MBA is owner of Mid Atlantic PharmaTech Consultants, LLC, a for-profit general consulting firm, and a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, Opioid Consulting Educational Solutions. He is past president of New Jersey Pharmacists Association. Dr. Breve is adjunct clinical professor at Temple University School of Pharmacy. His areas of practice include addiction medicine and controlled substances regulatory compliance. He has authorized over 60 publications and a book chapter. He is active in numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators, the American Health Law Association, and the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors.

With over thirty years in the pharmaceutical environment, Len Lewis, MBA, BS, brings extensive experience in Regulatory Compliance and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution, to OCES. Most recently he served as a Corporate Compliance Manager at Michigan Medicine (University of Michigan Health System). Mr Lewis was responsible for auditing and maintaining compliance to the Controlled Substance Act and local regulations pertaining to pharmaceutical medication management across the institution.

Krista Casazza, PhD, RD, earned her PhD from Florida International University in 2006, focusing on dietary and physical activity interventions in adolescents. She subsequently served for over a decade as a distinguished researcher and associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, before being appointed Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship at Florida Gulf Coast University. Dr. Casazza has published extensively, with over 125 papers and multiple book chapters, and has secured prestigious extramural grants, including from the NIH, American Cancer Society, and several private foundations. For the past four years, she served as the SCientific Director for the Critical Path Institutes, Critical Path for Lysosomal Disease, a public private partnership aimed at accelerating drug development to address unmet needs of patients and caregivers of individuals living with lysosomal diseases. In 2025, she began a private consulting company for scientific and grant writing for multiple non-profits and biotech companies.

Joseph Aragona, MS, brings thirty plus years of experience in the field of Information technology and an extensive background with project management. Before joining OCES, he managed teams of developers on small, medium and large projects. His credentials include a Bachelors Degree in Education, a Masters Degree in Information Systems and a Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Prior to joining OCES, Alexander Breve, MA, retired from a career in higher education, including tenures as assistant dean for academic support at Camden County College, and as educational media specialist at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Mr. Breve holds an advanced degree in Public Relations and is currently the owner of Acumation LLC, an instructional media company.
